I forgot to mention 1 step during the setup process:
Please upgrade your self-hosted version before applying the white-label package.
Upgrading the self-hosted version is very easy. Just re-download it from your order page below, then extract and redeploy your site.
Download Latest Self-Hosted Version
At the time of writing, the latest version is named “self-host-20230313.zip“. If your zip file has that name, you’ve got the latest one!
After you upgrade, you can repeat the white-label process again (just extract & overwrite). It should be all good!
